There are two things that matter in Buffalo, New York: football and chicken wings. So we packed our bags for the wing capital of the world to see if Perdue air fryer wings could beat the legendary bars and restaurants ahead of the big game. While they weren’t willing to crown an out-of-towner, even proud Buffalonians had to admit Perdue makes The Next Best Wing.
